Registration Information

• Students must provide proof of student status during registration
• All registrations, except IEEE Student, Non-IEEE Student, IEEE Life member and one-day, include a ticket for conference banquet and lunches.
• All registrations include one copy of conference proceedings on CDROM.
• All registration fees (except One-day), include costs of publication of 1 paper in the conference proceedings. If the author is registering for multiple papers, these need to be registered at a cost of €150 per paper to be included in the proceedings.
• Pages above the six page limit per paper are charged at a cost of €20 per page.
• Additional information:
• Additional Banquet tickets cost  €75 each.
• Additional Lunch tickets cost €35 each (per day).
• Additional proceedings CD costs  €20.
• Additional welcome reception tickets cost €30 each.
• Tutorials can be selected at an additional cost of €70. Tutorials will be held on the 25th April in the afternoon.

Registration Conditions

• All  author registrations are non-refundable after 1 March  2010. Before this date, a cancellation fee of Eur 50 applies.
• Registration of other participants are non-refundable after 31 March 2010. Before this date, a cancellation fee of 15% applies.
• Participants registering as Student must send a scanned proof of student status by 21 March 2010 to info@melecon2010.org. By registering at the concessionary rate, you hereby authorize us, in the event that proof of student status is not received, to charge the difference in registration fees plus an administrative fee of EUR 50 to the same credit card.
• Participants registering at the IEEE Member rates must include their membership number at the time they register. If the number entered does not agree with IEEE records, then the regular rate shall apply. By registering at the concessionary rate you hereby authorize us, in the event that the membership number does not agree with IEEE records, to charge the difference in registration fees plus an administrative fee of  EUR 50 to the same credit card.
• For author registrations where insufficent extra pages are declared with registration, you hereby authorise us to charge the cost of any additional extra pages plus an administrative fee of Eur 50 to the same credit card
• Cancellations have to be done by written request, providing proof of payment to info@melecon2010.org
• Your registration details are only used for the purposes of organizing this event, and will not be communicated to third parties.
• We may also use your registration details to promote future events of a similar nature.

Transfers (Airport – Hotel – Airport)
